You build your Email List from People who call looking for care. Ask for their email to send additional information about your daycare then whenever you have an opening you send out a email blast or if you know of a great family community event use the list to send a email blast with a tagline on it somewhere that you love referrals or now enrolling. Many things she is covering in this video is in previous videos but I highly recommend her 77 Best Strategies Book it also covers many things in this video and more a must have for a new daycare!
Create an email list by gathering data from potential customers, also join your local networking groups in your area thus creating a business contact list. Join constant contact or mail chimp as most google/yahoo etc will only allow less than 100 email addresses to be sent at one time. Drip campaign means that you send emails a little at a time such as welcome, tidbit knowledge, did you know, services and products, etc....it takes many "touches" before people commit. People are shopping long before they make a final decision. They can't make a decision if they don't know who you are.
