I know this is a highlight video but I like the technique she used to shampoo her hair. she kept most of it at the roots and just brushed it towards the ends before washing it out.

This lady has kind of abundant hair(somewhat alot of hair) she had some chunky highlights that are like thick highlights and it looks good but then some curls makes the hair look with more volume

I love how this turned out but how did you keep the bleach from bleeding out of the foil since you got so close to the edge??
U have to have a tight grip when holding the foil with the comb ive learn dat myself

as a hairstylist as well, i would say because the highlights are super visible as opposed to the seamless blendable highlights people normally get. this style gives more contrast.

Sassy Moi that’s because they are CHUNKY highlights, they are supposed to look like that. They’re are different types of highlights, obviously this is what she wanted or showed a pic of or else she wouldn’t have done it. She does many different techniques
i said the same. has nothing to do with them being chunky. there’s no blend....

Nice work! How didnt you get hot roots though??? You lifted about 3 levels she is about a level 4 & you used a level 6N with permanent color & you used 30vol & added yellow+orange to the formula?? Is it because you left it on for a very long time? I wouldve never thought to do that I usually stick with 20vol to avoid hot roots when I am lifting hair with permanent color & I add something in my formula to combat the warm tones in the underlying pigment. Great work!

Should have backcombed before the foils. And tone afterwards. It’s just chunks of yellow in her hair. Unflattering really.

I just found this video and I haven't gotten to the end yet but, I'm hoping that she doesn't have to trim it cause it's going to be a CUT. Please don't get me wrong, she definitely knows how to do hair but, she cuts TOO MUCH hair for a trim. I'm just saying
She goes by what the client request, she will only do what the client allows.
