    Even when things seem hopeless, there are things to be happy about. This is a great tool to help me to shift my focus away from the negative things, and remember the things that are good. I think we can all use a little help every now and then. Thank you!

    Thank you so much for this meditation! I have been listening to it daily, sometimes multiple times. It has made a shift for the better in my attitude, and in my interactions with others. It is helping me manage depression/anxiety greatly. I reached the 28 day mark, but I'm going to continue listening daily due to the positive effects of listening. It also helps alleviate my fear.       100% agreed... I lost track of the day I'm on (out of the suggested 28 days) because it's my go-to meditation, whether I'm feeling good or need a boost of happiness. I need all the serotonin and dopamine I can get flowing because just like you, I endure anxiety and depression. God Bless 🙏😇🙏

    I’m struggling to feel happy lately. I struggle to feel anything at times.I was put on SAM-e a few years back, which stabilised my moods, but now I just feel flat. I also had a TBI in 2016 which changed my personality and I can’t seem to laugh much or be happy for long. I’m told I don’t have a sense of humour. I’ve just listened to this for the first time, and will do it now for 28 days, hoping it can help me.

    I've always felt unworthy of love. My parents really didn't want kids and it was obvious to me they would have been much happier without me. I've struggled with intamacy, always giving people the impression that I wasn't interested, when really I was feeling afraid to have a friend although I was so lonely and desperately wanted closeness. I'm hoping that it isn't too late for me. I'm going to be 76 next week. Before I go, I hope I can experience this connection. Thank you❤

    Thank you for this video. Subliminal Sleep recordings have helped with my morning anxiety/panic attacks, but I just can't seem to find acceptance of where I am in life. Loneliness and lack of companionship gets to me. I'm a 71 year old Widow and I have to accept that I'll most likely be alone until I leave this planet. My loneliness leads to melancholy and emotional eating, and truthfully I'm sick of myself. I'm going to add this video to the top of my subliminal recording playlist, I'll listen to it first and see if it helps. Fingers crossed!

      (((( hugs, lov & Support)))………. maybe try joining some social groups??? Like bingo or a book club or if you’re able volunteer to help elderly at a convalescent home??? Because you are important. And I am sure, that there are so many people feeling The sorrow and emptiness you are feeling. I know my mom felt that way after my dad died, even though she had all of her children around her. We truly have to shift our mindset………… I have many friends that have no family live alone and they are absolutely joyfully happy. They love being alone with themselves. I wouldn’t be able to do it, but they enjoy it. wishing you the most beautiful day and beautiful year!🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

    I just don’t feel overly happy anymore I feel eh life doesn’t suck but it’s not great. So I want to be happy again.

      I found it helpful to write down your feelings, get all your thoughts out, it not only eases frustration, but also clarifies why you are feeling so discontent. Ask yourself what you'd like to happen that would make you happier, you might be surprised what your suppressing. Meditation will help to calm you down, so you can think more clearly. Hope this helps.

And once you realise this, its liberating. Before you cast it away, at least listen to this man, he makes a lot of sense. Take back control if your thoughts.

    I have been listening for two weeks and believe it was helpful but all of a sudden I’m being woken with loud adverts . Shame cause I was enjoying ☹️

      This should not be happening. On all my sleep recordings I check the button to not allow adverts during or after the recording... I have sent a note for youtube to check this.

      wow, your comment is so surprising to me. the sounds is great for me - very restful. i love her voice, it's very soothing - her pace is calming, her words are very positive. Maybe you can't help analyse words that you hear because of your job? Perhaps if you can try to leave your job behind when you listen you will enjoy the experience just as much as us.

    I have major depressive disorder and anxiety I've been in a really really bad depressive episode for weeks crying a lot
    When you said smile I almost instantly felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders I hope this wasn't a fluke I hope this really helps me I will continue to listen thank you from the bottom of my heart

      I am middle aged n new to the depression but sadly had severe anxiety etc for all my life I found a few things like from Marissa peer world's best therapy ever she teaches healing not a bandaid n then of course bible healing school Gloria Copland the old ones in here but NEVER HAD I BEEN HYPNOSIS N MARISSA WELL SHE WAS ABLE TO THROUGH MY PHONE saying like thinking of lemons how they taste or smell etc n my mouth watered its amazing our minds are powerful also the water 💧 changing by words taped to the jar experiment its like magic but real

    Thank you for your encouraging words that will help me look for the good and be thankful for everything. I will remember to smile and enjoy the day from the time I wake up till the time I go to sleep. I will not dwell on the negative comments from people in my family or people that I meet. I pray that I will be able to get a restful sleep and be renewed in the morning. I just started using this meditation again. I had next surgery and I was feeling down and this meditation helped me to look for the good again.

    I’ve been having issues falling asleep and overthinking. I tried many sleep hypnosis videos and were ok but this one was the best by far. I woke up 2 hours earlier than I usually do and feeling so relaxed, happy and full of energy, even if my current life hasn’t been too good. Thank you, you really helped me! 💜

      Why not try it and see. I found connecting my phone to Alexa in daytime, keeps me calm whilst doing chores, plus the volume is higher.

    I've used prob 50 different recordings from different teachers here, some of which l like. Some though end up being annoying re: their voice or music or they're too short etc.
    This video is among the ones l love... As an insomniac your voice & cadence are soothing as are your words. Thanks for sharing!

      I likewise find this video most relaxing and I float into a deep sleep within the first 10 - 15 minutes.
      I can most certainly recommend to all want to relax and fall asleep naturally. Many thanxs for creating this video.

    Thank you for all your work on You Tube. I suffer from panic attacks ,anxiety, and worse of all sleep paralysis. Millions of people have no idea what it is and I personally did not know there were people in the world suffer the same as me and I was in my 40s when I found out that what I suffered from had a name. I am 62 now, and I was so happy that a GP knew what I was talking about because his best friend suffers the same as me.. Go to therapy due to past trauma. But Helen, I just wanted to say is thank you, I go to bed without fear because I have you I do take medication to assist. But over a year ago I started to listen to you and you calm me I sleep feeling safe. So thank you again for all your hard work. ❤
