These Hickory homeowners wanted to expand their existing pool deck by adding a pavilion, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor fireplace. The rear portion of the backyard had some significant erosion.
This Master Concept Plan depicts the drainage solutions along with colorful landscaping that will add seasonal color with year-round interest. This is the 3D virtual tour of the CAD plan that was developed for the contractor to build from.
This is the second concept plan that depicts different colors on the pavilion, as well as a firepit instead of a fireplace.
