Eating vegan for a long period of time can actually cause other deseases such as Multiple Sclerosis and many other disorders. Excessive soy consumption which is what is often used in vegan foods, can actually also cause a hormonal imbalance which can bring about other serious health issues. If you wanna be healthy, just eat everything in moderation keeping in mind that too much acidic foods can cause health problems.
