I think biggies better. But Cubes "My summer vacation" is classic
A Bird in a hand. That broke down the Republican Party, cube broke knowledge.
Cube took his storytelling to writing movies , Biggie was a beast at story rap but don’t think Biggie could’ve written movies
He could have written movies if he lived long enough
“I’m a vet” is a better story
Definitely east coast bias in that room
My summer vacation & What Can I Do
Those two songs alone blows biggie story telling out the water
As a matter fact no rapper alive still haven't match that type of story telling
I wish Cube and Mack didn't have beef
The Westside Connection was form because of that East Coast bias media
Parks brought up one hell of a point between fictional and autobiographical storytelling within lyrics
Niggas Bleed is an ICONIC MASTERCLASS in story telling!!!!! DONE AND DONE with respect to CUBE
I love big..but ice cube all day...no debate
Parks and Joe wildin.
Jus listen back life after death and da first song is a story somebody got to die and its way better than any ice cube nursery rhymes story songs
🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️
Big is a better storyteller Just think of the song story to tell duh an all-around better lyricist True freestyler, and just like ice cube, he wrote for his whole group Junior mafia
And don't forget all the raps Cube wrote for Eazy telling stories
Completely agree, Cube had more storytellers. Bigs lines were more memorable
They both tell good stories but Big on another level lyrically which paints the picture with broader colors.
Listen.....not knowing AUTOMATICALLY which Cube record Parks was talking about was a red flag. Them east coast dudes is different.....Today was a good day is like will smith's summertime.
Why Slick Rick isn't this conversation?
BIGGIE...I GOT A STORY TELL...?
"Somebody's got to die" is a movie
"Niggas Bleed"
"Juicy"
"Story to tell"
The list is endless, every Biggie song is a story.
You gotta have more then 4 because Cube has at least 8 in just his first 3 solo albums
Biggie "I got a story to tell" might be the greatest example of storytelling Rap.
Juicy is not story telling. Not at all
Juicy isn’t on any publications list of best storytelling songs all time. Knock it off.
Cube wrote NWA songs his storytelling is impeccable 🖊️✍🏾🎤💯💯💯💯🔥🔥
Cube is the top rapper of all time. Nobody can compete with his contributions to rap, being part of the biggest rap groups of all time, his catalog, his swag, his movies and production company. And now the Big 3. Who has done more??
This comparison makes no sense bc Biggie died
@ALexander-ue3kj not comparing him career wise to biggie. He's hands down the better story teller. I'm stating why I believe knowbody is better.
It’s not just East Coast bias it’s people acting scared to pick anyone over Pac and Biggie. Come on man do the research! From his NWA days to Amerikkka’s Most Wanted, Death Certificate, Kill at Will, The Predator and so forth Cube got stories for days
My summer vacation
Once upon a time in the projects
I ain’t the 1
Dead homies
Gangsta fairytale 1 & 2
What can I do remix
What they hittin foe
The product
And many others
You can’t have a boring style of storytelling … Big is a emcee that says much slicker rhymes and gets the point across …you’ll never be better than Biggie 👑 all day every day ❤
Boring style??
Cube also has movies.. the debate is based on story telling.. movies count too..
So cube smashed Big hands down
Ice cube fasho but biggies song story to tell was 🔥🔥
Ice cube my summer vacation!!!!! Hands down 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
Biggie’s Story to Tell is still being debated on if was real or not….that’s the ultimate story teller!!! BIG ALL DAY!!!
As a Detroiter (in the Midwest) with no geographical allegiance to either coast, I say it’s Ice Cube.
And fyi, I’m nearly 50yrs old and grew up with my favorite rappers being from the east coast.
