RA is in my top 10 and this verse is one of the best ever but I love Vinnie's much more personally cause he painted the wrongness and immorality of the imperialist war better than R.A. (in my opinion) but they both complimented each other and both make the song phenomenal and definitely my top 10 favorite songs ever.

I served in 1st battalion 5th marines as a machine gunner in Ramadi Iraq. And when returning home we had an Iraq memorial put up next to the Vietnam memorial and the Vietnam veterans of our unit there with us. And hearing their version of the time in the Battle of hue and other stories near enough mirrors exactly what RA spits! Without a doubt the best verse of all time!
