Hello dear friend. If you meant “screeding” then here’s why!
My pipes are all under ground and there’re binding wires running through them for electrical cables to be installed later. For security reasons, it’s advisable not to install cables when the house isn’t fully secured. So, keep the electrification for later when you’re sure the wires would be safe. Die to theft and other issues, be sure the place is fully secured to avoid unfortunate instances! Hope this helped ! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
