The Government has restrictions on Real Estate Rebates and contributions to closing costs whether from the builder or a Real estate agent. They are referred to as third party contributions. These third party contribution limits are based on loan type, equity to appraised value and can only be applied to certain things depending on loan type and must be approval by ALL interested parties involved. The rebate or credit must be shown on the settlement statement. The models video taped are the builders models to show you the possibilities in options and decorating. These models may or may not be available for sale and possibly could be sold out as too be built homes by the time you view the video. Most cases these models are available in other communities by the same builder.
This video is not an advertisement for the specific home just a representation of what you could build.

Why dont u give a price range
I don't post prices because they aren't my my prices and they will be incorrect by the next price increase, Imagine yo saw a video that was two years old and someone (Nit the builder), posted a price that was $200k less then the current price. It creates major problems. Having saying that here is a link to the companies website where they have their current prices. Please keep in mind the base price of the home doesn't include, Lot premium, structural apgrades and design center upgrades. Any questions please let me know.
