I uploaded a video last year on Wesley Chapel as an area in general. I have attached it below for reference, but this year I wanted to add something more insightful which shows the area itself : • Wesley Chapel Florida....
There is a lot less of me talking in this video, and one of the things I didn't mention was that in this video footage, there are a lot of areas I couldn't access that I would have liked to. Some neighborhoods I have footage of a soccer field or tennis courts for example. Most of these neighborhoods have excellent amenities, but it's not always easy for me to access - so a lot of what you see are just the homes, entrances and streets themselves. No. 7 is a gorgeous community, Saddlebrook. They have a lovely golf course for example. However, if I tried to film it I am approached with a ton of questions and a lot of the golfers don't like people filming. This is also why I stay away from filming any community pools or playgrounds. The last thing I need is getting into trouble or upsetting anyone, so please realize the majority of these neighborhoods will have some gorgeous pools, parks and other excellent selling features.

Also, I forgot to add that these communities aren't in any specific order. No. 1 is The Ridge at Wiregrass, but it's just the first one I filmed. Ironically this community is one of my favorites in Tampa Bay though : )

Winding Ridge is shaping up very nicely. Still a very new community, but if The Ridge (Winding Ridge's sister community) is anything to go by, I'm sure it will continue to be very popular and just as well maintained. Love these neighborhoods! I am not in Florida but considering move to Tampa. Just wondered if living near those ponds draws alligators and/or mice..

Too bad he couldn't show the club houses, pool areas, etc. in some of these neighborhoods, they are amazing.
They really are. This was during covid however, and most of them were shut or had restricted access. It's not easy for Realtors to access clubhouses and pools at the best of times, especially when you're recording and people are working out or laying by the pool.

kuty patooty there’s just such a lack of inventory right now, unfortunately. Wesley Chapel does also have a lot of newer homes as well, so a lot of homes haven’t had pools added since building.
