Join the concrete crew as we begin pouring concrete on this project and prep the driveway for more concrete tomorrow. I really hope the weather cooperates the rest of the week! Enjoy
The endings with Daniel have been hysterical. It’s cool to see how things have changed since the beginning. Little things like the Annie garbage drop to Ryan’s Refuge looking great all cleaned up with electricity and working from there now. Great job
The issues your having connecting and disconnecting the hydraulic lines are due to pressure. I highly suggest you read this and try to do some of these steps before connecting and disconnecting. Turn Off the Skid Steer Loader The first step in relieving the pressure from the hydraulic lines is to turn off the Skid Steer Loader. This will shut off the power to the hydraulic system, preventing the attachment from moving. Remember, if you want to park your attachment in a certain way, you may need to open or close a cylinder in one direction to get it to park the way you'd like. That's totally fine, just be sure to run the controls in the opposite direction for just a split second to alleviate some of the pressure in the lines. If you run the hydraulics in one direction and don't reverse for that split second, you'll have maximum pressure in the lines of the attachment. Lower the Attachment to the Ground Lowering the attachment to the ground completely will also help to relieve pressure from the hydraulic lines. This is because the weight of the attachment will push any remaining fluid out of the lines and back into the reservoir. Move the Control Levers Once the attachment is on the ground, move the control levers on the Skid Steer Loader to their neutral position. This will help to release any trapped pressure in the lines. This is probably the most forgettable part of the process, but trust us, all of these little things add up pressure in the lines.
i suggest that it comes from sands and dusts that sticks bc of hydraulic oil and then prevents couplers to fit properly I've got exactly the same problem at my job with brand new couplers. (shotblasting dust)
There's pressure in the lines, that's the issue, she's right. The Bobcat that I used to run had a pressure release button, when you held it down, it shut the machine off. Buckets or attachments with grapple claws would create issues detaching hoses if the claw was fully open or closed tight. Really enjoy these videos and the crew, but there's plenty of small things that they aren't as experienced with like they are with concrete work. Pre tripping your equipment is one of them.
Hey Ryan! Don't worry about the wrap! Unless you get a nice gouge in the wrap, all scratches disappear with a little heat, leave it in the sun or take a heat gun to the scratches. The magic eraser of the wrap world! 👍
Really enjoying the end of the videos where you're bringing Daniel in to do a little skit it's awesome. One thing that I love about your channel is that you include your family . Thanks for another great video The Crew did an awesome Job like always can't wait to see it finished God bless you Ryan and your awesome family have a great victory night✌️👍💪👌🇺🇲🇺🇲
27:00 Tino running after Franny and him acting like nothing happening while Carlito is serenading the boss.. Then them all chasing Ray to shave his beard 😂 Seems like the crew is having a whole lotta fun since Bugs left tbh
They always had fun even with bugs there. Plus having bugs was good. None of those other guys can set up steps. I don’t know about little Ray maybe he can. I think Francisco can be like bugs. He’s very reliable.
@@youtubeconnollyfamily They've had their fun for sure but seems like their having more chipper mornings and laughing throughout the day. When I first started watching with Al and Bugs on a job my lord the quietest job site ever haha not saying Bugs doesn't know how to have fun bc a job isn't supposed to "be fun" but makes the day go a little faster. Bugs getting a little up there he's been busting his @$$ his whole life he has a right to be grumpy but nobody wants that on the site EVERYDAY
Eric needs to watch out Tina ain't going to play with him he going to bust his head open like he did his old boss Eric thinks that he protected under Ryan's wings it's a whole different thing when you're off the clock
Good morning sunshine! Looks like Lil Ray is working out great! Love how you laughed at Big Ray getting burrs in his beard! You have an awesome belly laugh! Lol! Much love from Henderson Ga
Probably will get a TON of hate for this, but I really do feel for Tino sometimes. Despite his lack of being consistent, i feel like he does get treated a lot differently by the crew compared to others
I agree... I feel like everyone picks on him, and he may not be on time every day but he ALWAYS does the grunt work while everyone is standing around or sitn in the shade. I think Tino deserves WAY MORE credit than he is given.
Another great video! When it's too cold to pour concrete at home, why don't you take your crew on the road to a warmer location and do some work with another UA-camr. I'm sure you could get sponsorships to help fund the travel. It would be fun to see your crew on location and I know they would appreciate the change of scenery. Keep up the great work and continue mentoring the guys. They are learning important skills from you. Plus you kindly remind them that things like trash pickup and road cleaning are also part of what makes your business standout with your customers and the neighbors. It's a long process, but I know they will thank you later. Take care and stay safe.
Awesome vid! Thank you Ryan for giving us small business owners hope. It's nice to see hard work pay off.. you and the guys are awesome! And Eric early? Wow😂
Awesome video as always Victory Crew! I look forward to the videos every week, thanks for providing laughs and knowledge. Side note 25:15 , spectrum doing that is 100% a ploy to get you to sign up for items you didn't want in the first place. It's something they've always done and don't really care about the customer reviews as long as they get the money for the installs and the service.
These videos always get me pumped up for my small business and continuing to make it grow. Yes there will always be tough things and some hard times but I certainly have learned a lot through Ryan and the Victory team! Looking forward to where 2024 takes you guys!
Ryan , I think Tino is the hardest worker on your crew. He might have a couple personal issues that he deals with. I think we both know what that is. But I see him always taking on the task of the hardest and dirtiest work that everybody shies away from.
Hey Ryan on the skidsteers definitely the newer ones they have a pressure release all you have to do is push the quick connects that are on the machine side push them in before you hook anything up to him and it’s a release to release all pressure if that’s an issue you’re having

Hey, Ryan. I have a funny story. I live in NW Missouri and have been watching your channel for about 2 years. Yesterday, I was sitting in my truck waiting for my kids to get out of school when I heard something familiar. I had my window down and could hear what the person next to me was watching on their phone. I heard your voice! The guy was watching your channel in his car and was listening to it over his car speakers. Anyway, have great day!
I barely came across your videos on Facebook and I’ve been so hooked on since a cousin of mine does concrete work here in south Texas (we are in the mid 60’s right now) and I’m learning with your videos which gives me knowledge to swing by for a job or 2 a week with him. A nice little side/extra income and it’s thanks to watching your content which is awesome. Perhaps the first blogger I really am hooked on. Really enjoy your content 🙌🏽 sub well earned
Yal take pride in your trade Ryan i have noticed over time watching yal videos most of ya go that extra step like the bush roots !! I have seen people leave it cover it up with gravel . Good video Ryan & easy money crew !! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL

I hope Bugs and his chickens are doing well.
I agree Tino does get treated differently from the others. At best he is ignored. He must feel lonely maybe that’s why he absent so much also .
I think he does a lot of drinking on work nights. Plus, he is always late. He is very lucky he has Ryan. Most employers would never put up with that.
Your laugh is definitely contagious Ryan! That was too funny with those things stuck in Ray’s beard. 🤣 15:23
im dyingggggg
That part was hilarious 😭😂
Your right
Man the oil and all fluids should be checked every morning in all those work trucks. Pre and post trip inspections are so important.
The yard needs more lights IMHO!
I thought that was standard. I guess not
You should sells the roots and that big bush to Eric….he likes to use that kind of stuff for fill on his jobs. 😂😂😂😂
Ray is always ready to blame some one else for the plywood come on ray 😂
I love the bits at the end with Daniel. I think Ryan is about to get the papow about the gravel
Absolutely love the fact that Daniel's been in the end of back to back videos! Hilarious!
LiL Ray is an awesome addition to the crew!!! Guy works and is always happy.
Ryan getting the boot from CEO Daniel! Go Daniel! Go Daniel! LOL!😂
Papa Ryan came in clutch with another video. 😂😂😂
Why wouldn’t he ? It’s his day to post
He has to feed his 20 kids, doi...
20 kids... make it 21 cause he my dad too.

it just needs to be cleaned again

Hey Ryan, if you have the guys connect the hoses when they take the skid steer attachments off, it'll keep dirt out of the couplings. 😉
Tino throws a beating on Eric😂🤔
