~Answers for FAQ~
1. I have been living in Japan for several years now. I'm a first SPA reviewer in Japan, entrepreneur, digital content creator and professional exercise avoider haha
2. For privacy, I prefer to keep my ethnicity, real name, address in private. You can call me Twix!
3. Why "Twix"? Me and my sister work on the channel together. As you know Twix chocolate bar has 2 pieces. My sister AKA Camsis is behind the camera. So we thought it would be fair If I add my sister's name. So that is how ASMR Twix is born.
4. Camsis prefers to work behind the camera. I hope you will respect her decision. Please don't worry about Camsis! She gets her own sessions off camera whenever she likes.
5. I don't get treatments as often as I post them frequently. I balance treatments schedule considering my skin and health condition.
6. I don't upload "Whispering" and "No talking" videos. Only Soft spoken!
7. All the places I show on this channel are not sponsored, they're collab videos. I have collaborated with more than 150 beauty and health establishments in Japan. When I get sponsorship, I mention it as sponsored according to UA-cam sponsorship terms and conditions.

i was lucky enough to go to this salon back when i went to japan in February this year,,, AMAZING she has has magic hands for real. treated me super well i felt so welcomed and so relaxed, definitely the best part of my trip i hope i can get to go back😭😭😭

I got the ginger and bergamot 100 min menu when I was in Tokyo and it was such a great experience. They are so kind and talented and the English booking system makes everything so simple! My whole family wound up going at different times throughout our trip. Highly recommend it and so easy to get to from the yamanote line!

Same here! I've tried to find more ASMR like this, especially one focused just on that (maybe like an aromatherapy oil shop etc.) but it doesn't seem to be a thing 😔
@@raerohan4241 there's a channel called "itsblitzzz" and she used to upload some asmr videos talking about oils and their properties! In some of the massage asmr videos she also describes the products she's using on her models.

I have a whole playlist of the Twix videos that include this because they're so good. It tickles my brain in just the right way.
Twix saying a treatment is "sleep inducing" means that she fell asleep, that I would fall asleep if I had that treatment, and that I'm going to be asleep way before the end of the video! 😂
And the mushrooms for eye strain look like an amazing tool, I'd love to try them! 🤩
I'll be honest, I'm always skeptical if the gua sha tools work the way people say they do! They look relaxing but I'm not sure if they actually do give any benefit
@@Alistair.Althea Tbh it's enough for me that it's relaxing. I don't really care if they sculpt the face or whatever. The massage aspect is what I want out of gua sha, personally
@@Alistair.Althea me too, I mainly love massages because they're relaxing or they can give me sensory (and sometimes emotional) experiences, so I can't tell you if there's any real esthetic effect. If I had to guess, I'd probably say no, at least if you don't have them very very often.
Yet a massage is always worth a try! 😁 I haven't tried gua sha yet but I tried kobido. I was quite skeptical about it but it was amazing, I didn't think a face massage could be that relaxing! It felt very good, so it fulfilled what I personally look for in a massage! 😊

A funny little thing about this rose inspired treatment is Bulgaria is one of the biggest rose oil producers. Over here rose scent is considered an old lady smell, much like in Japan probably is ginseng

Yoroshiku onegaishimasu is one of those Japanese phrases that really doesn’t have a direct translation, it’s more of an attitude or a vibe if that makes sense. It can mean something like “please take care of me” or “I look forward to working with you” or a bunch of other things depending on context. It’s such a neat saying but hard to explain.
