- I walk through the process of creating a personalized clock from 1/4 inch plywood. The design is only limited by your imagination. Fully cut with the XTool D1 pro 20 watt.
For templates that I have made, check out my Etsy shop. I build files for projects and tools for laser engravers.

I don't usually make many comments on sites, but I just wanted to let you known that I enjoy your channel. So, a "thumbs up" from North Alabama. Thanks for the content. Tim
Thanks Tim, I appreciate it. I am glad you like it
You can use the array tool ( third from the bottom on the left ) for the numbers. It is MUCH easier than placing each number.
Yea, didn’t think to use it. Spacing gets messed up using text to line
Hey thanks for going over this clock and how you make it. I've bought the same parts and they are sitting on a shelf and I need to get my arse out to the shop and make one. Really appreciate how you share your knowledge out here in the UA-cam (Internet) world for others to learn. You make it seem easy and I'm guessing most folks can follow along given the right tools.
I enjoy helping. It’s a pretty cool project in my opinion, thanks for watching.
Great idea. Nice job!
Thanks
I got the boxes py app open thanks to your link I made the box for the clock but on the 4th side wall my Z1 laser just stopped burning. The Box goes together real nice and tight no glue but I have to wait till Monday to get back of my shop and try to burn the fourth side if the laser is working nothing but issues with all these lasers I have three of them thanks Dave Happy New Year
Glad you got the boxes to work. On your PC, make sure the USB ports arent set to power saver. Also set the pc to not go to sleep when plugged in. Could be the issue.
@@TheClackShack Thanks,I'll check that out, hopefully this will work out...
I see you're in a T-shirt again......... Don't you know it's winter? :D
Lol, yea.
Hey Clack, watching with my husband. Love your videos and I've subscribed too for the animals 😂, more of the dogs and cats for the wifeys please 😂!! But, I also watch for the finished projects. But, I digress. Where did you get your denim dungarees? (we are in the UK, so not sure what you call them there, overalls?) My husband likes them, and they'll make a fab present. But their not on your merch. Where did you buy them please?
Thanks. Here in the south, we call them overalls. They are handy and actually comfortable. Getting them oversized, you can help stay warm in cold weather but they need to be 2 sizes bigger than your pants size. Here is an Amazon link to them.

@@TheClackShack awhh that's awesome. Gareths going to love them. Thank you

Thanks
Are you using the exact same size as the affiliate link? With only 1/2" of thread is there enough room for the 1/4" wood with only leaving 1/4" for the hands installation? This is such a great idea!
Not the exact one, but the shank size on the one I used is 1/2 inch. I don’t think the hand connections are included in that 1/2 inch
The illustration shows the threaded shank to be 13 mm long
Could you please let me know from where you order the coveralls from.
They are liberty overalls. You can get them on Amazon. These are the graphite color.

Nice project for anyone…different face of course.
Yea, anything you can design
What happens to the wood that requires sanding?
Just light smoke stain
