Not sure. I havent tried. I probably wouldnt given shredded paper could contain the odd chemical. I'd be surprised if any coffee flavour would be transferred. Mind you when I compare the strionger coffee logs it might he different... but you'd need to watch the paper quality as well as sawdust (ie. Not coming off the floor)
@RobTheFrugalist I'm just interested because I live in a country where coffee shops are plentiful
and traditonal charcoal is used every single day for cooking.
We only have 40% of the jungle we once had here 😏
Ohhh! So what kind of thing were you thinking ? Adding grounds to charcoal? Would the grounds be already used?
@@RobTheFrugalist yeah the grounds would be spent already. I'm inundated with coconut husks also. Must be something I can do
@bee3092 deffo burn them. Worth experimenting. But I'll be gobsmacked if they impart any flavour. (Otherwise we are doing coffee wrong 😀)
