10:27 use a pointy object to in the tip and pull out the dried section of silicone, if that doesn’t work, use a Stanley knife to cut through the tube near to the tip section, you can then scoop out any silicone / adhesive / caulking and then stick back together using electrical tape so you don’t waste the contents of the tube
That whole tube was solid. It was weird as it was previously unopened.

Yeah it had been hanging around in the garage possibly for a few years... what was funny was the wilko stuff I had assumed had gone off as I last used it 6 years ago had actually kept its freshness. Phew. Else trip to wickes ask wilko is no longer...
