YES...PLEASE PAINT IT!!! Just incredible work. I watched all of the daily workshop videos and this was a chore. One word of warning. I was watching a video put out by The Tank Museum in England and they restored a T-57 with the exact same steering and gear box and a very minor problem with the steering linkage caused the bare metal clutch plates to become so overheated they melted together during Tankfest 2019. It made me think of all the sanding and polishing of dozens of those metal clutch plates you did and how it all might be wasted by one little slip up in fine tuning the linkage. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!
As a french looking at an English subtitled Dutch serie about tank repair, I can tell you, what you're doing is amazing. My little contribution : 12:18 I think, as well as gearing box, engine, tracks, the big gun might be a source of an uncomfortable noise. xD
Those cogs at 4:46 are pretty darn tame compared to the other rusted parts they found, including the entire side of the engine with parts completely destroyed by rust.

You need to get a sand blaster, it would make these resto-jobs so much easier (at least when it comes to de-rusting the engine, gearbox casing, body, etc)
NOOOOO, *DON'T* put the seized bearing back in. Even though it turns again, it's no longer good. Good bearings cost as little as 2,50€ so there is no reason not to replace it.
I noticed that to.. i was suprised they not seem to replace any bearings at all...concern all the job it was to take it down why not replace all old bearings with new ones ?

Ultimate carnage
Amazing really - the gearbox has been sat full of water, neglected, abused... and yet all it needed was a clean up and reassembly, No replacement parts needed.
