Get ready for the most amazing street food in Saudi Arabia adventure! Thanks to Hisham Baeshen / misho_baeshen for taking us to this incredibly rare and local haneeth making process! And thank you to the Bayat Hotel for their amazing hospitality and comfort during out stay!
Today in this part 1 of 3 Saudi Arabia we are going in DEEP for this incredibly rare haneeth! This is some of the best middle eastern food in the world! When you taste this food, you'll fall in love with Arabic food!
First, we are flying into Abha from Riyadh, which is located in South Saudi Arabia. Then we are checking into the hotel, and starting our adventure for the 1.5 hour drive into a local village Muhayil Aseer to Bin Awad restaurant to see the making of Haneeth!

Rice dishes are many and varied in Saudi Arabia, such as: Sulaiq, Madhbi, Mandi, Haneeth, and Madghut. Jazan cuisine is different from Najran, Taif, Riyadh, Tabuk, and Yanbu. Each region has its own distinctive features.
Try breakfast meals in Taif, Asir, Jeddah and Jizan.
