I just went to a fine dining restaraunt last night and they had the best okrs chips ive ever had. I asked the waitress how they were made and she said they were baked first, then flash fried. They were really crispy and charred too. So, I am going to try it, but after baking them, I am going to air fry them to get the crispiness. If that does not work, I will flash fry them.
