Hi T&M - we once stayed at a Stay Well room at Delano - personally, we didn't notice much difference except for the equipment that didn't do much for us either way. Still a nice room. Cheers!!!😎🍻
@@Tims_Travels I would agree if it was simply themed, unfortunately the way they were themed was almost "thrift store sheek". The cocktail waitresses also had to where black wigs that were shared between all of the cocktail waitresses!
@@Tims_Travels Yes, my neighbor was the food and beverage director in the beginning. He was livid about this and encouraged the cocktail waitresses to go to a dermatologist for a Drs note. That policy only lasted a handful of weeks. It wasn't all bad, the river thing was actually really cool but it made it hard to get around especially for the elderly and handicapped. They also had lazer shows in a fountain out front. We had lots of Lazar shows back then. The Tropicana had the best. They even had them on casinos that would pinpoint spots on the mountains around the valley.
My beloved Luxor ❤ Ooh love that mirror 😍 nice view from the 27th ❤
Gotta say, we loved it!
@@Tims_Travels so glad to hear it 😁❤️

Agree - there's not enough to make these toom types stand out, other than the bed which I (Tim) love
I think the regular rooms have all been renovated. It doesn’t look like this room has been renovated unfortunately
Yeah - we never understood why these weren’t renovated with the others. Maybe they have bigger (or smaller) plans for them later down the road
Just was there the other day, every was very good except valet. Crashed my new car and lied against it. Then they decided to laugh at us.
Glad you had a nice time, but horrible about your car - sorry to hear it
I appreciate the lack of theming personality, back when new the rooms were overly themed and came across as cartoonish !
It's a pyramid! The theming's half the fun 🤪

I love the ‘thrift store sheek’ phrase there 🤣🤣
Did they really have to share wigs? Yikes!
