I have a Knights Templar ceremonial sword that was passed down to me. My family line, on my fathers side, were Freemasons. I am desiring to find out the history of this sword. And maybe find out more about my blood line. See that I have special abilities. It is a special blood line.
Dear brother Stuart, sorry for getting back to you late, some reason, UA-cam is not letting us know about comments. But to answer your question, The OES might have 2 swords. First they like Blue Lodge, has a Tyler which I believe is called a Sentenial who guard the outer door and is given a sword. The 2nd sword is called the Sword of Adah. It is one of the points of the five points of the OES. It should be shrouded by a cloth or fabric, you can see this if you google images of OES banners or Five points, I think the color of this point/station is white. They are usually a short sword, white handle, very rarely have I seen any markings on them. They were sold as the sword of adah by regalia dealers for the OES. Hope this answers your question.
Never knew all of this! Thanks! Ed King

Curious: what use would the Eastern Star (I am a member!) have for a sword?
