Another awesome video Mike✌️ I think 2 of the biggest mistakes that home cooks make is 1st not drying off n patting down the outside of the meat , 2 nd n most importantly not using enough seasoning. U do a great job showing the proper amounts of seasoning to be used ✌️✌️
