- Easy, fast chicken quarters on the Weber Kettle charcoal grill. From prep time to dinner time in under 1:30, these chicken quarters are amazing and fast!! Add in some wood chunks for a nice smokey flavor, perfect for a summer cookout. Enjoy.
Good video. I liked that you kept it simple and straightforward. I enjoyed seeing and hearing the kiddos, too.
Thank you. The boys love making videos (sometimes) lol. they want to do videos then get distracted with playing, but thats perfectly fine with me. Thanks for watching.
I really like your quality control. The kids always keep it honest when it comes to food. The skin on the chicken looked crispy. Please let me know if you get a chance. I'm trying to decide if i want a kettle. Thanks again and GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
Thank you. I bought this kettle used and honestly I don’t use it as much as I should. If you get a chance to get one I would for sure. It cooks great and there are so many different ways to cook on it. You will love it if you get one. Thanks for watching.
Delicious looking chicken. I’m like you I like to oil my chicken as a seasoning binder. I put Stir Fry Oil in a spritzer bottle I like the flavor plus it helps with the sticking to the grates. Hamburger steaks in a cast iron skillet spritz the warm skillet with stir fry oil flavors the meat plus helps with the sticking plus helps not losing you cast iron seasoning after it is washed! Enjoyed your video! I really liked your “Quality Control Advisor “ about correct temps! 😂
They turned out good ✌🏾😋
Looking forward to trying this thanks
They look delicious
Thank you, they were pretty good :)
I’m Sorry, but the thermometer is going to put in the other side of charcoal on “cold” zone or i’m wrong ? I think it’s wrong if you leave it directly on the heat source (in this case charcoal)
In any case nice job, enjoy you’re BBQ 😊
Bye from italy!
Did you flip them at all during the cooking process?
No I didn’t. Just put them on and turned the lid every so often to have the smoke going over the meat in different places. Not really sure if that matters at all.
@@jurassicporkbbq thanks! they turned out great. I'll give it a try
Genuine question, why is American chicken fat yellow? It’s always straight white in Australia.
I honestly could not tell you. Probably because the food quality on other countries is held to a higher standard than here in the USA. I have read a lot of how the quality of food is a lot less here, thats really the only thing I can think it could be. But, once its smoked.....I cant tell lol :)
Grain fed vs grass fed.
Looks pretty good to me.
It was good. Super easy to do. Thanks for watching.
Nice like the video
Thank you. We are having fun with them. Everyone has to eat might as well have fun doing it.
Hi, at which temperature you cook them?
Hello, sorry for the delay, honestly I cant remember, still learning this video making stuff and I forget details. I will be doing them again soon and I will try to get that info in there. Sorry about not having that info.

❤❤️👍👍👍👍
Leftovers?.....not at my house!
Is it me or, but was the chicken washed 🤢🤮
You don't wash meat lmao
Nope, it went from mechanized processing to wallowing on that blood-soaked packaging pad to handling bare-handed, seasoning, and onto the grill... yum! Uhhhh, not so much. 🫤
@@bustabass9025 Man you would be starving had you been born 200 years ago lol
@Noticing-Enjoyer
A lot of things that were practiced 200 years ago are now seen as foolish, foolhardy, or much worse today.
@@bustabass9025 yeah food wasn't one of them lol. It was more natural and better in almost every way for your body.
Didn’t rinse the chicken or clean the grill grate. I’ll pass
You don’t need to rinse chicken.
Cross contaminating! Would never eat at this guys house.
Chicken went from the smoker to a clean tray then cut. No cross contaminating at all.
. I'll take their spot!
How long would you say it took to cook? Roughly.
@@paulsegnatelli55 this chicken if i remember right was maybe an hour and 20 minutes
