Basically all I heard was "This is a ride. We are gonna ride it. WAAAAAAAAA WAAAAAAA WAAAAAAAAA WAAAAAA WAAAAA WAAAAA WOOO WAAAA WOOO WAAAAAAAAAAA."
So what have we learned.
Mantis had a decent layout, it's just that it was a stand up coaster.

I absolutely loved this ride! I only have I things though:
1) I had a little headache afterwards
2) your arms are scrunched in with your neighbor’s

has anyone else notice that its not really a new coaster i go to cedar point ever year and i can tell that thats still the mantis they didnt tear it down thank god but they just painted it different colors, changed the name and put in different carts. im not saying thats bad i still like that ride but im just putting that out there because honestly from what i saw and heard i thought they were tearing it down but im happy they didnt lol.. I rode this in 2017 in the bigger seat in row 3, and in the regular seat in 2018.
People say this ride is a headbanger but neither of them is banging their head against the restraint???

This ride was a good design but there were a few parts where your head gets knocked from side to side and it hurts, especially if you wear glasses. Would be a solid ride if it werent for that.
When it was getting ready to go I heard someone say I feel a lot of air time....
All that means is weightlessness while riding. There are 2 types, Floater, and Ejector. Floater is just floating up in your seat, while Ejector is being pinned to the underside of your restraint.
It was closed both days I went to Cedar Point. Must ride next year

I rode Rougarou for the first time last year, and I have to say I wasn’t too impressed with it. I mean sure it was fun and I loved the turns and everything, but with a coaster like that, it needs shoulder pads or something. My head kept hitting the green thing multiple times and gave me a headache, I was scared I might’ve gotten a concussion and I’m sure people will. My ears were killing me the rest of the day, it’s a fun coaster but it just need more protection on it
