The Reaper : 3D Modelling Timelapse - Part 2 : MAYA

Hey everyone,
I recently stumbled across this incredible piece of artwork by the amazing illustrator Max Grecke, and I was immediately inspired to bring it to life as a 3D character. In this video, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at my creative process as I transform his stunning 2D design into a fully-realized 3D model.
This timelapse showcases everything from blocking out the initial forms to refining the details and adding personality to the character. It was such a fun challenge to capture the essence of Max’s unique style in a 3D space.
