No. The 5K bonus tier credit when you earn 2.5K tier credit do not count for 5X. If you earn exactly 2.5K tier credit for 6AM-5:59AM, then you will earn 2.5K x 5 = 12.5K plus 5K bonus, totaling 17.5K tier credit. Make sure to swipe to earn the 5X or goto the cashier/total rewards desk to activate the 5X.

The daily bonus for reaching a certain number of credits doesn’t get multiplied. Only the tier credits actually earned get multiplied.
They are doing 10x TC in Vegas during the week before Labor Day, 2nd year in a row.
