- In this....long....video, I open up my new Maksiwa CBC.E Edgebander and Edge Trimmer combo, assemble them, and then test them. The short story here is that this new tool has cut my time spent edge banding by 60% and I am in love with the tool.

Awesome! I will say that I run my machine at a higher temp than recommended. I run ar 170c and then press the edgebanding on with a block immediately after. I've found that this helps prevent peeling.

This review with all mistakes is really useful 👍🏻 there is another brand called tooltech industry and I don't know if it's worth it or not

What's your honest 6 month review? is it giving consistent results? I'm walking away from a commercial Laguna BandIt automated machine, looking to get something more simple.

the edge bander looks like a gold mine! not sure about the edger though. looked like you were going faster with the hand held trimmer. am I right or is that trimmer really worth messing with?

You're not wrong. Thr trimmer does not seem to speed things up for me but I still like it. I completely edgeband around 40 pieces at a time and the handheld trimmer does start to wear my old arms out.

VERY strange how this guy didn't even see a problem with doing his first run without taking the overlap (KINK) out of the wood strip before starting. Jezzzz. I couldn't watch any more after that. Just figured I don't want to learning anything from someone so clueless.
