Could you remove the "subscribe" and "ding" that comes up every few minutes... it is very annoying and the sound of this ad interferes with your content. It's the only reason why I am not subscribing. Otherwise I do see value in the content of your videos.
A guaranteed way to ensure no one subscribes is to annoy the viewer with a pop up every few minutes. Want to take it to the next level of user dissatisfaction? Add a couple of sounds that are louder than the actual video! This was like going to a webpage in 2000 with tons of scrolling banners and blinking text.

That subscription tone is so unnecessary, it's a distraction while we are trying to focus
