- In this video, I share why most 3D websites don't get attention. I also explain the power of interactivity in real time graphics, with a demo that takes a basic Three.js sweater configurator and turns it into an epic web experience.

This video is based in the talk that I gave at the Awwwards 2023 conference in Amsterdam. - Наука та технологія
Amazing tips! Worth a masterclass entirely in more depth and walkthrough. I would pay for that, for sure. Glad to know you and your content. Keep posting, please!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I'm doing a 3d virtual tour demo and everything you have said i've always had that in the back of my head, seeing this video really made me value the time i put into my project. Thank you again for sharing your insights!
Glad it was helpful! Good Luck with your tour demo :)
Great video! Is the model for the T-shirt free? I would love to try to reproduce the project in the video.

Great video, It's really nice to see the entire process!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice explanation, I agree that's why I started to learn shaders more in depth from other sources.
Good idea!
This is great! Hope you do more tips videos subbed!
Thanks for the sub!
Loved it.. you are an inspiration..
I was at the conference and your talk was one of those that I was most excited about. Very insightful and inspiring. Super happy you made a youtube channel. I hope you keep uploading content! I'd support you on Patreon if you decide to make an account there and I'd be happy to have you as a mentor in those ways. Keep it up!
Thanks for your nice words! The positive feedback really means a lot :)
Thanks for video! Very useful tips 😍
Thanks!
Thanks for sharing! You are a beast!
Thank you Niccolo :)
*Hi Xavier your work is awesome!*
My main source of income is creating 3D configurators and I was thinking for a while how most clients want to copy this or that but there is no real usage of the interactivity the 3D provides. So my plan was to make a demo of a configurator where I would push the interactivity to the max so I have something to pitch to my existing and future clients and then I saw your video!
Mindblowing stuff! I especially loved the wiggle bones and the transition particle animations. Do you have any source or tutorial available on how to achieve those kind of results?
This is golden! Great video
Appreciate it!
Love your work! ❤, I was wondering if u could share with me exactly where you got all this advanced knowledge from. I have been learning three.js /react three fiber, blender, glsl shaders for a year now but I am no where near Ur level in these topics. I want to learn the advanced stuff to get me from the basics to creating immersive things like this and more.
So if u could share with me the knowledge of where I can learn all this to get to Ur level that would be great ❤
Thank you!
I don't really know any book or course that goes in detail about the process of crafting 3d websites.
I recommend to get a job in a studio that does this type of work, and learn from others. Make sure it's not remote.
Good luck!
Fantastic content. Thanks for sharing it 😊
Thanks! 🙃
@@KMkota0 I'm supporting your project. We all need this ehehe
Thank you it’s so beautiful and interesting
Thank's for your comment! Means a lot :)
Any initial code repo?
Amazing❤❤❤
This is off topic I would be immensely grateful if you could kindly assist me in understanding the process of exporting a clothing simulation from Clo 3D to the glTF/glB format for use in Three.js.
I have never used Clo 3D, but I believe the best way is to bring the model to Blender first and export to gltf from there.
🥰 so nice Jack!
thanks My Kim 💙
loooove it, give us more
thanks! hahah maybe ;)
i like this content!!
plz make a tutorial to make it from scratch
hey there!
i am not planing to make a full tutorial soon but i recommend threejs-journey.com from @BrunoSimon to get started
if you are interested in rigging and wiggle bones, i will record a tutorial for the backers of my campaign → wiggle.xl.digital/
This is the most amazing and useful video with this topic which I found. Thanks
Thanks! I am happy you found it useful :)
