In this video we look at the pathway a impulse takes when creating a reflex reaction to a situation that requires the body to respond.
I will explain the structures it passes through and why along with the significance of reflex arcs in the human body.
i wish i discovered you earlier in the year, im doing prelims at the moment but these are are really helping me especially cause im in online, thank you for being a great teacher
BEST explanation that I have EVER heard !! Thank you Ma'am!
Thank u for some clarity about nervous system because it was something that I was struggling with😊🙃
جزاک الله خيراً كثيراً🤍🫀
Thank You Miss Angler🙏
Appreciate it so much.❤
😅
Thanks mam love your videos super helpful ❤
Thank you so much, but l don't seem to understand, how the impulse is handed to the motor neuron by synaptic transmission
Hi mam, can you please explain why the brain is not involved during a reflex action
It’s because a reflex needs to be fast for safety. So if the impulse still had to go to the brain to be interpreted it would take too long and more damage would be done
Mam, how important is this in regards to responding to the environment?
THANK YOU SO MUCH I LOVE YOU
You are my favorite
hi miss angler hope you’re fine i have a question regarding the reflect arc . i was wondering if maybe your hand was in boiling water or anything hot then the receptor detects the stimulus but the effector does not respond which neuron is damaged ?
Hi mam does this only happen with reflex actions or with other types of stimulus to that doesn't require reflix like walking ect
Reflex arc only becoz it requires you to act fast
Wen does the ventral root come in then
What? dying from not yawning? can you explain @ 5:30
she said if there's too much CO2 in the blood, we yawn to allow more oxygen in, so we could actually die from the high concentrations of CO2
