CORRECTION I'VE BEEN TOLD THAT YOU CAN TAKE THE OXYGEN SENSOR OFF FROM THE TOP IF YOU REMOVE THE THROTTLE BODY, NEXT TIME I GET ONE OF THESE I WILL TRY TO MAKE A VIDEO FOR NOW I WILL LEAVE THE VIDEO UP FOR THE POWER STEERING PUMP PART
The top oxygen sensor controls how much gas goes into the engine , if that's not working right then it's probably just dumping a bunch of gas in there or probably not spraying enough depending on what the engine is reading off the oxygen sensor

OK, so you get to the pump by removing the front passenger wheel and wheel well to get access?
I take the upper intake manifold off along with the wiper cowl computer etc either way its done its not a fun job.
