A Good Day Fishing The Afon Lwyd - My First Taste of Euro Nymphing for Brown Trout

In this session, I hit the local river for my first taste of Euro nymphing along the Afon Lwyd.
Recently, a subscriber to my channel, Nath, had offered me an opportunity to spend time with him on the water, where he introduced me to the European Nymphing style of Trout fishing.
In recent years, the Euro nymph has become a very popular and productive technique used to replicate the Trouts main, natural, sub-surface food source. Nymphs make up over 90% of a Trout's diet.
As you may have seen in previous videos of mine, I have found it difficult to catch more than one or two fish in an evening and sometimes a day so this is where Nath steps in showing me a game changing, modernised approach to river fishing for Trout.
I learned alot today thanks to Nath who kindly gave his time to help me out. This came full circle when I turned down the opportunity to try and catch a 2 - 2.5lb Brown Trout on the Dry Fly and let Nath go for it. And What a fish it turned out to be.
