Yay! I’ve been waiting for a demo of this! Thank you! Love your videos. I’m hoping you will do a K-500 vs K-800 sometime soon. I would love to see the differences.
As an owner of a K500 Aures 2 I can answer this. Yes, obviously there is a difference between the acoustic sound and the digital sounds, there always is. The difference between Aures (1 or 2) and the ATX system, is that with the ATX system, you can plug in a headphone (or some other digital system which will have speakers) and listen to the sounds from that. The Aures system can do the same, but is also capable of playing the digital sounds on the acoustic soundboard, with no headphones (or other system) hooked up.
@@MaartenOosterhoff I am thinking of purchasing the K500 Aures... Debating whether it's worth it over a "regular" k500. The benefits of silent playing is huge, but I just worry the touch will be different, especially when playing softly. How do you like your piano? Any regrets?
@@bigdreams5554 The touhc is identical, it is the same action. But, yes, the sensitivity of the keys, and the 'likeness' to an acoustic piano is very good. No I do not regret it in any single way. I love the thing, it is amazing.

Has aures been replaced by atx in the k800, what's the difference, the digital sound sounds as canned, missing the freshess of live playing.
