They are running 2 courses this year, shot it at the 2022 Regional here where it was introduced and had alot of positive feedback. One course for AA-M, other for A-E. Both will be paying back im certain (10$ practice, 20$ for score.)
One day I would love to go to this extremely gorgeous clay range.. It is like Disney land for clay shooters.. And a big thank you guys at the clay lab for a wonderful video introducing us clay enthusiasts to what is available for us to explore.
Are the traps at a set distance from game to game like skeet and trap? Or is the set up different every time you set up in a new location? In the video how far out are the 7 and 8 traps from the stand? I attended the 2023 U.S Open . It was great. My first visit to Coyote Springs was in 2017 at the Western Regional. Hopefully I'll make it back some time in the future.
👍🏼 Looks like it will be a fun game. on one of your previous videos, you commented you were going to do a video on your hearing protection did I miss it or is it still coming?
You are absolutely correct! We’ve actually delayed the release of that video to add a few things to it and make it a comprehensive guide. Should be excellent! Look for it in early part of May
I've asked but politics have prevailed or else they would have mentioned it themselves. Sorry but these are the realities the industry for those that make their living in it.
There is one major flaw in this game. If your ahead going into true pairs all you have to do is call a 1 and a 2 and more times than not your opponent can never catch up! I’ve done it myself to win.
cant wait for the US open!
Same here! Definitely come say hi if you spot us that week

We'll be visiting in 2024 from the UK...😊

Great to see more games coming out, so much possibility with new ways to shoot clays, no need to stick to the same stuff all the time.
Always enjoy a CTL video!!
Thanks!

Be a fun time. Even with small bores
Absolutely, that is the best part about small bores is they turn any event into a greater challenge... sometime almost impossible haha

Why don't shooters use shotkam when shooting these videos? You can't see the targets flying in most of these shots.
The math is done for you!
Haha, yeah, another similarity with blackjack. The few times I’ve played, I always have to rely on the dealer to do the math for me 😂
Why not add flash targets next time? Then viewers could actually follow the targets & see them break.
What ounce loads are most professionals shooting? 1ounce or 1 1/8?
Can’t see both targets and score not reported on each shot. Please consider adding these items to design

The smart move would have been a 7 o/r 8 for the win not to double down.
Definitely

But if your opponent if half a shot you might lose.
***What size barrels you boys shooting 30” or 32”***
Too much thinking. One of the fun parts of shooting clays is loading two shells and going at it.
