I lost my best friend in a hiking accident when I was 16, and this song gave a much deeper meaning, and every year on his death, I play this song at his grave site. Sounds weird, but it''s just what I do. Funny thing is, through his death, I found the girl who years later would marry me, so this song has an interesting happy/sad feeling to it. I stumbled on this video by accident while looking up Dead Sara. My daughter told me the story behind the song after she saw I was crying after watching this video. Just last night I was telling my daughter about something that happened to me recently that made me feel like my mother-in-law who passed years ago had visited me when I needed someone. I know some people don't believe in these things, but it happens. This is a beautiful video & song and it's odd I discovered it when I did.
