I think I get expansion and contraction as a technique through eye movement now since listening to this. Thank you both for the open exploration of topics. Very listenable and a nice back and forth
En”heavy”ment…. Very …helpful… i’m gonna have to listen to this several times, well worth the time, and effort. I think enlightenment has never meant that all of your “problems“ physical, mental, or otherwise are gone. It just means that there’s not such an overly compressed relationship to it, less rigid thought processes about it. Like it’s no longer cement, maybe more like very watery mud in the beginning, and as that clarifies, overtime, growing up, growing into that enlightenment, and away en-heavy-ment. - …….Contributes to human happiness because it is a reduction of suffering and then increase in fulfillment, insight and mastery and connection, which, of course makes us “admirable, human beings” in progressive measure, of course. Thank you for this interview - very helpful.
Thanks for your thoughtful contribution 🙏🏻. How you describe enlightenment has been my experience (or perhaps more accurately "awakening"). At times it's almost felt like a setback, because so much shadow material surfaced. Paradoxically the ease and freedom in my relationship to "my self" has increased. Either way I'm grateful to Har-Prakash for such a well-rounded view, it's affirming.

Great video. Found the discussion extremely insightful. Har-Prakash is a lucid communicator. The depth of his words.
Indeed. The precision of his use of language and intent behind his words is inspiring and in some ways even relieving. Thanks for tuning in 😊!
