Seth may have a better shooting percentage than Steph at any given time but it doesn’t matter. The difficulty level of the shots Steph attempts is through the roof and if anyone else in the league tried to emulate Steph’s shot selection their percentage would drop by 10% or more. The guy is the GOAT shooter and PG. Revolutionary player. And that’s really saying something because a small group of guys have dominated the game in the history of basketball, but an even smaller group have changed the way it was played forever after they came along. The last guy to really transform the game and its skill set was Jordan. Steph has accomplished that. That puts him on a very short list when you consider the impact he’s had on the game.

Absolutely! Steph changed the way the game is played. Not only in the NBA but the entire world.
Seth needs his feet set and to be positioned well.
Steph can 'throw it up quick' from anywhere, be it on the run, falling away.... with accuracy. It doesn't matter.

@@sobaze it’s the confidence. That’s what reminds me of Jordan about him

@@Truth5eeker33, Yup. Completely. I’m from the Bay Area and I’m an old hoop head so I’ve seen just about every game of Steph’s career. But I’m also old enough to have been lucky enough to see Jordan’s whole career unfold too. You’re absolutely right about that. Aside from all of Jordan’s otherworldly physical gifts, and even considering those, his greatest asset was always his deep belief in himself. He was not arrogant actually about basketball, he was an arrogant persona but that was a very calculated psychological approach he used to intimidate men he knew were mentally weaker than he was, which was pretty much everyone. Art of war stuff. But he was almost like a monk when it came to the actual game. Completely absorbed in it. Totally focused and simultaneously at peace. That mental space not only allowed him to try and imagine new things in his practice preparation that ultimately revolutionized the footwork fundamentals of the game, but it allowed him to invent shots and movements in the moment strictly suited to the situation. He was unconscious. That’s what Steph has. And it’s why they were both so fun to watch. You know you’re seeing something new that you might never see again, that they’re making up as they go. It’s amazing.

Pretty awesome interview as "Dell" was upfront and honest: "Overseas, maybe..." You can't ever say for sure what's going to happen. (Dell doesn't lack confidence, but he's well aware of how hard it is...)

this was cool, always liked Dell as a player. he did lie there at the end though, in my opinion. he said they still aren't satisfied with what they've done and are always working on it.......sorry but if Steph doesn't seem like the most satisfied person ever, then I'm only seeing his happy appearances.
