I absolutely love LSB, he’s one of my favourite artists, but does anyone else get really annoyed that he uses such loud snares in all his really atmospheric tracks? About tonight, parallel remix and this one all got these loud af snares.
thats literally the best thing about them! and they are not loud in particular tbh, they are just really clipped and got a fat transient. plus they are abnormally long lol but i may be biased because thats what i like to do in my productions too. i guess thats just his style
@@SoulFormDrumAndBass oooh I know nothing about production aha so cheers for throwing some better terminology behind it. listening again I realise yea they arent loud its just the way hes engineered them but it might just be my ears. I notice it more mixing into other tunes.
@@Spit1re I'm just using regular sony headphones but in about tonight but on second listen I realise they're not louder its just as the bro said above in the way they sound. I only really notice it when mixing into another track, it comes in pretty strong, but it might just be my ears! Don't mean to throw any hate aha.

I dont think they are that loud, may be something is a bit off with your setup?
