Hello, thank you ! It's a great adventure! In terms of elevation, it varies greatly depending on the stages. The most difficult climbs were in Kerry, with up to more than 800m of climbing in one day. I'm not a big fan of cycling and I did it quite easily, my mother had an electric bike. By taking your time and taking small steps it is accessible :)
