Fundamentals. Guarantee there's plenty out there that need to improve them, myself included. To assume that one's own form is perfect, not needing a reminder of basic fundamentals, is in itself the flaw in your form.
Totally!! I teach INSANITy and I tell them all tell them all the time to stop doing the Jane Fonda Richard Simmons squats they are used to seeing. They do them half ass and I constantly tell them...ASS TO GRASS. I am glad this video is posted so I can share on my page.
