The attraction opened on June 26, 2014 and became the 17th Madame Tussauds museum to open worldwide. 2:10 explains it all. Honestly. Ever since AIDS the City spiraled into an embarrassing decline and ordinary people just said "ok do whatever, we'll leave you alone" until they wanted to drive out every one else for some reason
