Sorry for keeping you waiting.
Yes, you use the front middle piece to cut the both sides,for the back pieces,you use the same,but don't forget to add zipper allowance to the centre back piece.💕

Yes l added the sewing allowance s on the middle piece before using it to cut the remaining pieces,but you can add more allowances if you want,but l prefer you add it to the sides,not the centre side joining to the middle piece,but on the side where you are going to shape,hope you understand?

Sorry for replying late,for the flare,the exact fold is from 8 inches,but all depends on how widely you want the down part of your skirt to be,and also how much fabric you have.🥰🥰🥰
