Cancer is a group of diseases in which abnormal cells grow and divide uncontrollably, destroying body tissue.
Cancers are classified according to the type of tissue in which the cancer originates and by the primary location where the cancer first developed. Based on tissue type, cancers are classified into six major categories, all of which we cover!!!

They also often split the stages in to a/b too.These a and b's can be significant within the same number.For example I have Mycosis Fungoides at Stage 2b which is considered the advanced cancer but 2a is considered the early cancer.
