Our story begins with a character known only as Wolf, a child who finds themselves orphaned admist a bloody battlefield. Taken in by a mentor, he grows to become an accomplished shinobi, later tasked to protect and serve a boy with divine powers named Kuro.
Events transpire and the pair find themselves separated, as Wolf must reunite with his master and help him escape the fate which awaits due to his powerful bloodline. Sekiro is another in a string of hits by Fromsoft, winning the 2019 game of the year award, and is set in a beautiful Japanese backdrop which appeals to my own visual tastes. But make no mistake - the seemingly more conventional story, friendly NPCs you meet early on and the beautiful scenery does not mean you are not in for a world of pain, as one must master the art of combat to even stand a chance of making it to the end. Expect many deaths and much frustration as I try to get to grips with this game and hopefully come out of the other side agreeing with many that this is indeed one of the best games of its generation, and maybe even the entire FS catalogue.

His "HP" was so big because of the armor, if you had used the spear, this fight would be a lot easier, but well, the game doesn't do a good job at showing which enemies the armor can be stripped

Tbh unless a guy's in a full samurai kit I feel like I probably wouldn't think he's wearing strippable armour. Does the spear work on any regular enemies?

@@user-Aaron- no, it doesn't, and that's what I mean by the game doesn't do a good job at it, you can only strip the armor of enemies that have some "extra armor" attached to them, and I only seen this boss and some giant type enemies with this
