Hey Cory, great to hear your freeze dryers are being made in the USA at least most of it. Do you have any updates on the large freeze dryer?
My Harvest Right pieces of Junk are Made in China, constantly break down. The Relay Boards that alway's quit on mine are Communist Chinese, the trays, the pumps are trash Chinese. The Warranty they bragg about is NON existant. My second one is 10 months old and the relay Board just quit, I bought this machine new because my first one was broke down from the Relay board also and I could not get one. Harvest right will not supply the board when it is 10 months into a 3 year warranty. They want me to ship it from Canada back to Utah so they can put the board in it and I have to pay the shipping both ways. They are a freaking joke of a company, the "Techs" when I call read off a pre written sheet with excuses they know Nothing, half of them sound like kids answering the phone which are clueless. Their Oil less pumps they talk you into for 1400 dollars ALL QUIT WORKING, they won't even sell you a rebuild kit. When I checked on line you can buy the pumps in China yourself for 75% less delivered. I need large machines so as soon as yours are available I am buying a couple of yours to replace these money pit's. If you are outside the USA NEVER buy a Harvest Right .

Made in USA. Good customer service. Quality. Exactly why I chose Blue Alpine.
I admit that the tipping point for me is that they used standard components. I don't *have* to buy the trays from them. I don't *have* to buy the replacement hoses from them.
Quality and intending to source everything from the USA? Sign me up. Only difficulty is that I live in Alaska, which is officially one of the United States, but not Contiguous. Almost every part gets flown through our international airport, but we pay a premium to get it back here when we need it (rather ironic). Any chance you can ship to us here (yes, I know, it costs more, takes three times longer, and involves crossing a border).
Sol what do they do with harvest right freeze dryer's, and what sticker do they put on theirs, I know they have a bag plant in Salt Lake City and they are have been in business for many many years before everybody else got on board,
That vacuum pump is definitely not made in the usa. We used pumps for years in hvac and the only made in the usa pumps are from JB. The one you use is from china. Why do you use those rather than JB?
We we talked with JB but the conversation didn't go very far. I think eventually we would like to try and stand up a relationship with them again but I think they got burned by HR based on the conversation we had. We are also still a pretty small company for large companies to take us seriously. But we are getting there.
@@BlueAlpine The title of your video is misleading. You are not made in the USA. The pump is the most important part of the freeze drying.
If your freeze dryers are so great why can't I find any real reviews from anyone that bought one?
Likely because they're a new company selling a niche product. They do have reviews on their website.
