Hi, probation ke duran company tumhare behavior aur work dono ko dyan me rakhegi, jyada tumhare work to dekha jayega ki tumne kaam samay pr complete kiya ki nahi.
Agar offer letter ko letter head par seal laga kr proper signature k sath diya gaya hi then wo sahi hi but agar wahi apko plain paper me de diya jata hai to wo fake hai.
Probation period 3 month extend karne ke baad bhi confirmation letter nahi diya..aur employee abhi bhi job kar raha hai ...uska ek saal complete ho jayega toh woh confirm employee hai kya
