Trust me they will get you in there family . I had zero experience fresh out of trucking school and they hired me . They hire people with no experience all the time . Just make sure they get you with the right trainer once you start .
Go with someone that’s experienced ! You’ll know if they really want to train you after a 30 minutes with that person honestly . Some guys didn’t give a damn about training me the right way and I told them to place me with someone that’ll teach me the right way . It’s about you at the end of the day so don’t let anyone just string you along just to have you doing their work for the day .
i have a couple weeks left in school and honestly i don’t wana work anywhere else but i’m open my question is are they a second chance company and if so any pointers to enhance my chances of getting hired?

I like it honestly I’m just using my job for xp and to finish up my endorsements I want to try and go regional lease perches I know lease gets a bad rap but I have a plan right now I’m local here in California

You’re running that ramp with a hand truck or at least I do . I don’t do bulk at all . It’s a workout but it’s a good workout
What’s the difference between a CDL Pepsi driver from a Non CDL Pepsi driver
Cdl will be the box trucks and the semi trucks non cdl drivers will be in the smaller stuff

No problem at all ! My schedule was 330am-130am but most people get done in 7-8 hours . It’s a amazing job for sure .
