Thank you so much for the mood board tutorial. It's a true work of art. For the first time in weeks, this is the first tutorial that made me understand how to actually use this powerful resource. May the force be with you, my friend. Please continue helping us.
super cool. I was about to mention you should package this so I could springboard off your work, but you already have that covered. I'll be picking this up after my wallet recovers from christmas.
Gilba, really like the way you approach these problems based on a fundamental understand of how diffusion models work. I felt in this video you did a lot more showing while telling than in the prior one, the latter being equally good info but slightly harder to follow. I was about to suggest selling the image pack and they you mentioned it at the end. The price is a bit too high for me (my WTP would be $13.99) but a great product nonetheless.
I love how you see a new feature in Midjourney, and you immediately squeeze all the value you can get out of it. Really great job at pushing the boundaries of what's possible with Midjourney and a bunch of creativity 🙂.
I‘m so happy that I found your channel! I thought I would not be able to finish a certain project because midjourney was just not doing what I needed. But then your creative techniques using the midjourney features were a total game changer! Thank you so so so much!!! I will purchase your pack just as a thank you for your great content! Please also upload the other video you were working on regarding how to create the 3 panel pictures for your moodboard. Happy holidays and a healthy, happy and successful 2025! You‘re the best ❤
Love your videos, happy to support the channel by buying the actually very useful set. Plot twist: The real tutorial is teaching us how to speedrun typing with style. 'Charcater' is just your signature move at this point 😄
I read this out loud cause I'm out for lunch with my parents, and my mom was like "I don't get it... Oh, because you can't spell!" And then everyone started laughing at me, so thanks for that, LMAO
@@glibatree Of course you know how to spell! It's just that sometimes your keyboard can't keep up with your genius and the lightning-fast typing speed. Keep being awesome (and say hi to your mom!)
Excelent work 👏👏👏 It's the start of game changing. Just multiple characters need to be improved... Or we can just create single consistent chacrachter! Hope MJ solve this soon.
Hey, great video. Quick question: how did you originally achieve the nice three-panel pixar character outputs? I found it a bit unclear in the video. For example, with the carrot character, you originally mentioned that they didn't turn out that good. How did you progress to make them more Pixar-like? Are you still planning on making that video? Thanks!!
That's kind of the thing about moodboards you can use it to control the style in whatever direction I want. I can think the Pixar style is changing and fun, and you can disagree, but we both can individually push midjourney to creating the image WE EACH want. It's an exciting time!
Call me when Midjourney allows for consistent characters. All I want to do is create a character in Midjourney -> Design clothes for that character in Midjourney -> Then put those exact clothes on that exact character all in Midjourney. When Midjourney allows that, it will be game changing.
Yeah, right now, to do that, you would need to do clothes designing ON the character itself. Though actually, the three panel pose sheet, at least lets you design clothes on your character from three angles at once. So once you have the one pose sheet you are happy with, you can be immediately ready for a CREF.
Omg this came in right time I recently got a project to make Pixar style kids ad for snacks brand and it was hell to create consistent characters and background in midjourney I hope this helps me !!
Here is the full prompt for the 3 panel character with his secret Moodboard code: Three poses of a red panda explorer wearing a safari hat character looking around, white background --ar 2:1 --profile jw9kx59 --v 6.1 Then this one is the « expressive moodboard » Surprised Red panda wearing hat, exploring the jungle --ar 2:1 --profile mawfo28 --cref [add here 3 screenshots of the character you got from the 1st prompt] --v 6.1 In his video he clearly shows his username so you can easily access to his full Midjourney image archive 😂This is his user ID: 249a194f-d994-41b9-b4a7-cf221fd4ff92 (just in case you don’t want to pay next time 🙃)
Midjourney is encouraging its users to violate the moral rights of living visual artists. The name of artist Kelly McKernan in Nashville, Tennessee has been used as a text input for at least 12,000 or more Midjourney prompts without her consent. The Visual Artist Rights Act of 1990 gives a certain class of visual artists who produce signed and numbered limited edition prints of 200 copies or less the right to sue anyone who uses their name on an image they didn't make without consent, and that should apply to using their name on Midjourney image generation prompts.
I'm all for protecting the rights of living visual artists. I'm not sure if simply generating an image with someones name in the prompt, constitutes an equivalent moral infringement to signing an artwork that was created by another artist, or removing their signature from their art. Maybe selling or using that creation to compete with her would be worse? I think most of the legal questions right now are more on whether that work was allowed to be used for training in the first place. But if legislation is necessary to ensure Kelly and others are able to be compensated for their efforts and creations, I will be supporting it.

Yet another great, practical video tutorial. Thank you! I'm going to start making a three-panel-pose sheet moodboard.
Thanks so much! Good luck!

Very kind of you, thanks!
Watching now. Great video and super informative!
You're so sweet to say this half way through! Thanks for the kind words!
This is awesome. In combination with the explore tab you can create moodboards for all your needs. That helps a lot. Thanks.
Yeah! The search on the explore tab is a great way to find images you love too!

This is great. Thank you so much for sharing your insight. SO appreciated.
You're very welcome!
Is there a way to have consistant environments as well?
Pls do a video on multiple character consistency without edit canvas features
Thats a great video! Thanks
Yeesh. I don't even want Pixar to do a Pixar style. Its like coal in our Midjourney stockings...

What app do you use to animate your characters?
Hey brother, you are a gem ❤
i just want to know if I can do such things in my discord midjourney? Or we can do it only in the website version?
another good vid:)
yeah this feature is really good. Next steps will be when we will be able to mix two different moodboard. Infinite lora creator !

Wait for v7
consistent characters aren't enough. need consistent scenes and consistent props too
Not consistent enough on the characters yet.... I need EXACT same clothes/features in every generation.
V7
@@raztube90 it already exists on 10 different platforms

Good luck! Sounds like a cool project!
I guess we're gonna see a lot of PaiXAR movies in 2025! (Or PIXaiR?)
Hahaha!! I don't know what we'll be calling them
It’s about time midjourney gave us LORAS. And proper control net the control net they gave us ass
thank you!!
Thank U
Hoorah, you can do all that but you can't maintain sync in your video
Please don’t sell this
Just give us your code man please

This is aiding and abetting to copyright infringement.
Absolute copying of Pixar's expressions.
What's next? Dixor?

i'm sure we'll all be forced to shell out penies to her
I guarantee midjourney makes images 1000x better than her. So it’s a mute put at this point 😂

I can't follow your work flow. You're all over the place.
