    Thank you so much for this tutorial. I've been working on this pose for a few months now and still not there yet, but you definitely gave me new valuable insights about how to think about the actions of the muscles as I continue to work towards it! Tip that might help some viewers: I've discovered that with my anatomy, it really helps to place blocks underneath the hands in order to create enough space to get my elbows really under the thighs.

    What are the advantages and disadvantages of this asanas

      Some of the physical advantages are strengthening of the wrists, arms and core. It also stretches the inner groin, hamstrings and back, and due to the need to focus on a drishti point this pose helps reduce stress, anxiety and tension. And the disadvantages are it can not be practiced if you have a back, elbow or wrist injury. Hope that helps 😊
