- The State of the Latino Community Address is Los Cien's most important annual attended conversation of the year. Close to 600 people gathered at Sonoma State University on September 29th to listen to keynote speakers and three panels that delved deep into local issues and how they impact not just the Latinx community, but our whole Black, Indigenous, and People of Color communities.
