One of the Geniune Reviewer in this world.. We can blindly trust him for buying any device...
Not all the time, he recommended galaxy tab s6 lite for the same price instead of IPAD which is way more better. Truly it was a paid review 😂
Completely agree
No one is genuine. UA-camrs make video for their living. It's not charity work. They work too much, for what they earn. Don't blindly follow anyone. Most are collabs and paid reviews

I am also using this charger for the past 2 weeks. It supports a ton of charging protocol, which makes it really versatile and the best part as Ranjeet also mentioned is that you can charge your laptop with this, which make it perfect for travelling.
The way he get into details even for tinier things is just amazing…..But the frequency of less videos by him makes his any upcoming upload a treat for his fan….I love his videos and the way of explanations he makes.
Ranjit sir, remember to mention that the charger supports PPS Programmable Power Supply, this is a custom voltage specification under the Power Delivery standard. Samsung, Google, and Nothing use this protocol to acheive their between 25 to 45 watts of power.
Does this charger support 45watt charging on galaxy tabs ? Are you using it personally ?
Does Xiaomi use the same in their phones ?
@@vibhawan.nope they use their own proprietary technology
@@vibhawan. no. Xiaomi uses encrypt fork of PD so regular PD doesn’t work on Xiaomi but Xiaomi’s encrypt PD chargers also allow 65 watts of standard PD for other devices.
@@numberIII-dc6tx thanks for the info !
In your videos - along with the content, your 'voice pitch' is so pleasant to listen. Thank you Ranjit jee.
So good sir, haven't anyone made a good review except you.
Thank you so much for this review
Only tech youtuber who is honest with his advice even after becoming such a big youtuber. Ranjit deserves every bit of respect.
Thank you Ranjit sir this was extremely helpful. Also, requesting you to create a video with multiple GaN chargers compared as though there are many videos on them, but a video from you would be the most reliable one
I loved your review of this charger specially from the idle power draw feature
Thank you so much for this video. I was waiting for it eagerly. I searched the whole UA-cam for review of this product but there was no detailed review of this charger. Thank you so much for this video
Glad it was helpful!
@@geekyranjit sir can u tell me which brand micro metre your using to test voltage consumption?
None other youtubers showed CMF charger charging laptops, that's what I wanted to know. I had to watch many videos, wasting my time...thanks to you ranjeet🙏🏼
It is really useful for someone like me, I no longer need to carry the bulky Thinkpad charger 😀.
Thanks for showcasing this product!
All the important aspects are covered. Thanks Ranjit!!
Been using Ambrane RAAP HUB 75 for about a year now, for a price tag of under 3K it is great. The only point where Nothing outshines Ambrane one is that it can actually support 65W output from a single port...great for PD charging laptops.
I wanted this review so badly thanks
Beautiful review. Loved the analysis
Ranjit Ji, your videos never disappoint.! I bought my first phone xiaomi mi3 after watching your in depth review about the phone.
Thankyou for the video. Wanted a multi-port charger for my nothing phone 2 and a noise smartwatch which comes with a usb type A cable. Was interested in this one but waited for a proper review. I guess i can order it. Thanks Ranjit.
I should say a big thanks to Ranjit coz in 2020 I bought moto one fusion Plus after seeing your review and it's just a great phone for my kind of heavy usage. No lags even after 4 years and great batter back up.
Your review is one of the best
typo at 00:05, CMF, not CMG. great video as always
To the point and useful info. Great to cover those two laptops as well bcoz spending 3K for charging mobiles is a bit too much for some!.Thanks
Thank you so much for this! This has been in my cart but I’ve been skeptical. Finally I’d be able to make a decision upon watch this video!
(I wish it had three USB Type-C outputs tho. One for MacBook, one for lighting and the third for my Apple Watch).
Use usb a to lighting cable... Problem solved
The usb A is for watches. Get a usb a to lighting cable
@@koolkiddie I have them I don’t wanna use the USB-A standard! Simple.

Using this charger for about 3 weeks now. Pretty much agreed with everything Ranjit said. I have it in the orange colour tho ☺️
Can it charge other devices? Like oppo and xiaomeme phones that have their own charging tech?
@@blackpurple9163 yeah, I've charged mi and iqoo
@@blackpurple9163it'll charge but maximum at 65W I guess
Do you have any information about using this charger with gaming laptops, like lenovo legion series, a reply would be appreciated
Gaming laptops consume like 200 to 240W so this charger is not meant for that nor it would charge most of those gaming laptops, but lighter laptops like Macbook Air or other regular laptops it can charge which support USB Type C charging.
Great review! Bought it during Big Billion sale at 2600/-
Been using it for almost a month now and charges Pixel 7, Nothing Phone (1), and Mi Pad 6 smoothly
Definitely worth it
This is so helpful. Was skeptical whether it can fast charge mi pad 6. Thanks for the comment.
Bro I have bought nthng2 phone .. is this charger suitable for this mobile..
Could you kindly confirm the charging wattage for the Nothing Phone 1 using the Nothing 65W GaN charger? I received the charger yesterday, but it seems to be charging my Nothing Phone 1 at 15W instead of the expected 33W. I'd like to know if I received a defective product or if I need to purchase a different cable. I've tried using both the Nothing Phone 1 official cable and the OnePlus official cable, but the issue persists.
@@nagarjunaseru6582yes, it is
Even I bought for 2600 on the same day
Why are only going with the premium side in every category of videos, pls go with small to high range mobiles and test results and reviews. We love Old Ranjit back in 2016 to 2020 very super and excellent sensible reviewer!
I think price is very competitive. Apple sells 65W charger or 35W dual port charger for almost ₹6k. Good to see this charger also charges a MacBook. Would like to know how much wattage does iPhone accept with this charger. As Apple tends to limit wattage on non MFI/non official chargers.
Really waiting to see comparison of 65 watt chargers in market kindly consider
Nice review Ranjit bhai as always on point and very genuine in all aspects. Though I purchased this charger a few days back for my Nothing Phone 2 and it's doing a good job, but I was still waiting for your review on the same to know more about the product. Now there's a lot more clarity on the product. I am using the type C cable provided with my Nothing Phone 2 and it's working well in charging my phone and also my Dad's Realme X7 phone too. Overall a good experience and I agree with you, it would have been great if they had provided a cable in the box.
Is it available at 2k?
@nikhil please confirm... In the realme X7 how much watt does it support??
Also confirm what is showing in realme ui ?? Fast charging // super fast // or Simply charging??
The only tech reviewer we can trust.
Great review as always.
Do you know how this charger compares to Amazon Basics 65W Triple Port GaN Charger? Amazon Basics comes with 100W as well.
Thanks for this review.
I used the CMF GaN charger to charge my laptop. I felt some faint electric shock/tingling sensation. For charging mobiles it's great.
that is because there is no ground pin here on the charger...
@@abhinavgv5178can you tell in this vedio starting without connecting any charger consuming some millli watt why that power is taken by charger ?inside capacitor is taking the power?
Bought this along with the Nothing phone 2 in the bbd for 2699, feels good. Very easy for frequently travelling people.
Namaskar Sir...Love from 0disha.
I also bought it in Oct, great buy
There should be an option of 100w charger too. I am looking for Lenovo Legion 5 as it supports upto 100w of charging via type c.
You are an honest man.
the king of reviewers
that anchor extension are so reliable.
Thanks alot, just bought s23 ultra & was thinking to go with this charger brick
S23 ultra supports upto 45 watt charging if you buy a high quality wire. The wire included in the box will not support 45 watts so keep that in mind
@@dashmit5 Thanks 👍🏽
Thanks for suggesting
Old geeky videos where he used to test chargers with power meter is back!!
Thank you for the transparent review , having one in Rs 2350
Pls suggest highly recommended type - C USB cable for CMF GaN charger for NOTHING 2
Sir please link some good and reliable power meter like one you showed in this video,it will be very helpfull for a lot of people like me❤
First view Ranjith sir waiting for iphone 15 review
Extremely useful!
I have the MacBook Air m1 and I am intrigued by the charging power since the supplied charger is only 30W. But I am concerned of how it will affect the battery health over multiple charges?
Ranjit sir, can you please make a video on good car chargers as i feel there is no good comprehensive video on youtube regarding car chargers 🙏
Would like to see detailed usage review and wattage consuption with gaming laptops
For gaming laptops it's not ideal as they consume way higher wattage.
keep posting more reviews
Great review
Bought it bundled with nothing phone 2 for 1999. It's a great product even at 2999 given its versatility.
I've got a query, I've been using Gan chargers since '20, one thing I've noticed is I always feel electric tingling when charging via the Usb C PD port. This happens on multiple brands(Baseus, Ugreen & Belkin) and across multiple devices (phones & laptops). There's nothing wrong with the mains outlet(earthing etc.) as I've been able to reproduce the problem at different outlets as well (even at different houses ) Can you clarify if this charger shows the same issue? Again the tingling is only felt if the device being charged is having metallic surface. As always this has been an excellent review! Been following this channel since 2014. Cheers!
I can feel tingling on my normal charger as well.
How is the charging with other brand's phones like OnePlus, Oppo, etc. does this work equally well as they have their own charging technology?
wow i never thought there would be idle drain ,also can u check idle drain with every smartphone charger while unboxing in the future?
I got Boat's 65W GaN charger. Cheaper and came with a cable too.
Please review some other GAN chargers like spigen, Belkin, Anker etc since now most of the companies ship their phones w/o power brick
It is a Very good review available on UA-cam.
I wish they also sold colour matched type c cables along with the GAN chargers..
Not a single other Tech reviewers comes close to @geekyranjit when it comes to honest reviews
I recently bought the wayona 65W pd pps charger with 2m cable for 1.75k. It charges my surface laptop 4, samsung s20fe 5g at 25W. It just barely gets warm while charging both simultaneously
Which one should we go with 65W or 100W GaN charger ? What's your suggestion ?
Hi Ranjit, Why you are not reviewing iPhone 15? Any specific reason!
I recently have bought portronics 100w pd charging cable which has display to show the wattage, it costed me just 400 rupees. I have seen similar cables in youtube videos, but they cost over 1000 !
I bought Spigen 65 W charger and its working good, not much of heating also.. Spigen was 2 to 3 hundred less than this CMF charger during sale.
I have Asus vivobook s14 OLED. It supports 90W charging. Can I charge my laptop with spigen charger?
Waiting for the i phone 15 series review
So satisfying
sir can you please tell me which brand micro power metre tester your using to test voltage consumption?
Buying boat 65w charger is best purchase in this segment, they gave the the 5 feets power cable type-c to type-c which supports upto 100w and bought the charger for 2200
Edit: it has 2 years warranty which is bonkers
I have Asus vivobook s14 OLED. It supports 90W charging. Can I charge my laptop with boat charger?
@@Kamal__523 your laptop should support PD charging if yes you can buy it happily most of the laptops supports PD charging
@@Kamal__523take Ur laptop to this fellow's house and try charging with his charger... You will know.
Which Windows laptop would you recommend for a graphic designer for around 1.2L ? Thoughts on the HP VIctus ?
As per the USB standards, a type C to type C cable must support at least 60 W of power delivery.
Bro, Which ipad is best for making notes for students as per you? My budget is 40k to 50k maximum.
Good review but also could have shown the result when the devices are connected simultaneously.
Hello geeky sir, I always watch your reviews before I purchase any tech so did the same for Nothing phone 2A and this CMF charger too.. But the real problem is this charger is not charging well with NP2A.
*It charges very slow like 10watt sometimes.
*It heavily over heats while charging without any reason.
*Charging suddenly stops and starts with that haptic sound for no reason.
I can only request you to remember this point and highlight, atleast we might get solution from NOTHING as their next bug fixes update or exchange of chargers.
But kindly do look into it.😊
If you want to buy this charger please make sure your device supports USB Power Delivery. For ex. I have Moro Edge 40 Neo and Lava Agni 2. They both support USB PD upto 65W* and they both come with USB PD chargers also. It means I can carry one charger whichever I want for both my devices and they will get charged at full 65W* speed. Some devices doesn't support USB PD because they have their own proprietary charging protocol so you can't take benefit of full speed of Nothing charger.
yeah , no bbk right now in budget segment is giving thsi except the moto one
absolutely right.
What is the max wattage that M1 Macbook Air can charge ?
As apple bundles 30w power adaptor.
Please review other phones too like ONEPLUS, REDMI, POCO, REALME, VIVO,OPPO,IQOO.
Ranjit please make a video for good charging cables. Also create any affiliate links I need to buy one which supports 65+ watts.
Insightful @geekyranjit sir
Just a small clarification needed, what is QC certification version for this charger?
Is it QC 3.0 ?
It supports PD3.0, QC4.0+/3.0/2.0, SCP, FCP, PPS, AFC, Apple 2.4A as per their official website.
@Geekyranjit- could you please share the details of power meter which you have tested with, and in market there are couple of power meter. So in terms of price and accuracy of power meter could you suggest something for home use?
It is practical video, it could be better also check temperature while charging all devices and charger.
What about charging headphones or smart band etc. should you be using these kind of chargers?
Ranjit Sir, Namaste
Kindly review the CMF buds pro😊😊😊
GAN is the future of chargers. Samsung , Google and Apple should include it instead of removing charges
One question if it doesn't consume any power in the beginning why does the display light up?
I think the power factor is only enabled above 35w. Idle power consumption is high. Do you have the link for power consumption checker adapter? I went with Amazon basics gan 65w with 1 USBC and USB A port for ₹2.8k 6 months ago. I went with anker 65w braided usbc 6m cable
Apart from the higher pricing, things seems to be good for this one. I think Belkin GaN 65W chargers were available for less than 2k at times. My lenovo laptop charges at a maximum of 65W and samsung phone at 25W and is perfect for this charger.
Belkin doesn't support pps and only has 2 usb c ports.
@@Kamal__523 PPS is a protocol used by many companies but you can know more about it by searching. Generally PPS support indicates Samsung Super fast charging support
Sir ke pass ek hi wire tha kya? Ek sath 2-3 devices bhi charge kar ke dikha dete. It would have been very helpful.
GaN charger around 7mm with fast charging would be great. I guess this won’t make huge difference. I wish Oppo releases soon their slim GaN charger in to market. That’s is way more convenient
Hi Ranjeet, would apprecaite a lot if you could post a list of, or suggest some quality 3rd party type-c cables for various chargers like Vooc , Qc 3.0, pd, samsung afc /pps.
Sir, Have you used Dr. vaku adapter with similar specs?
Ranjit sounds like a manager from IT corporate sector lol😂
When u see a video of 9.30min
For a charger,no one can do it but Ranjit..😊
Sir which cable r u using in this video coz it's charging MacBook Air M1 at 50W, so I want to use the same for my MacBook.
Hello sir... please can you do a review video on cmf watch pro, i would love to hear what your opinion on this particular device.
Sir can you please suggest a good charger for pixel 6a? Which charging technology does that device use?
Sir,
It may support charging for Avita liber laptop ( type c )
Does it has current leakage problem? (holding a current tester with type c port towards phone end lights up?) get this issue almost all market available gan charger
I have a question, I have a gaming laptop dell G16, the charger which comes with it is a 300w. Will a 100w gan charger be suitable for it when am using the laptop for casual stuffs only, such as word document, internet, youtube, coding etc. While am gaming I will use the 300w. So my question is, will a 100w be sufficient for a gaming laptop when using it for casual works only?
